Course Requirements

  • You must be aged 19 or over.
  • Ideally you will have completed a Level 1 Cake Decorating or equivalent course, or have relevant experience.
  • Ability to work safely and hygienically in a food preparation environment.
  • Willingness to practise techniques, refine work and respond to teacher feedback.
  • Good attendance and commitment to completing practical work and assessments.

  • NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Creative Craft (Art)
    A nationally recognised qualification demonstrating developed creative skills and artistic understanding.
