• You must be aged 19 or over.
• Suitable for ESOL students at Pre Entry or Entry Level.
• No previous digital skills or qualifications required.
• Willingness to practise digital skills and basic English in class.
• Regular attendance to build confidence and understanding.

• Supports everyday English through practical digital activities.
• Helps students access online services independently.
• Improves communication skills through email and messaging.
• Prepares students for further ESOL, digital skills or accredited courses.
