Anthony Leddington reverses the job hunt at the Black Country Living Museum
An attendee, Beth Wynn-Williams, Enterprise Co-ordinator and Supported Internships Co-ordinator from City of Wolverhampton Council, shared:
"I just wanted to say how nice it was to see Anthony at the Reverse Jobs Fair yesterday. He did really well and is such a lovely young man. I can see that he becomes more confident talking to people once he has met them a couple of times."
Reflecting on the day, Anthony said, "It was very good and brought a new experience to my journey."
By turning the job hunt around and putting himself in the spotlight, Anthony showed he's not just looking for any job—he's ready for the right opportunity, and he's growing in confidence with every step he takes.Anthony's journey is a great example of what can happen when people with learning disabilities are given the right support and opportunities to shine.
