NEW COURSE – Wellbeing at Work

Are you looking to improve your wellbeing, confidence, and readiness for work, education, or volunteering?

Our Wellbeing at Work course is a supportive 6-week programme designed to help you:

  • Build confidence and self-awareness
  • Understand your mental wellbeing and what helps you stay well
  • Develop coping strategies for stress, work, or study
  • Recognise your strengths and transferable skills
  • Plan your next steps into volunteering, training, or employment

Start date: Tuesday 24th February
Pre-enrolment session: Monday 23rd February (to complete enrolment, ILPs and surveys)
Time: 10:00-12:00
Duration: 6 sessions

This course is ideal for:

  • People returning to work or education
  • Those currently unemployed
  • Anyone wanting to build confidence and wellbeing for their next step
