ESOL UK Shared Prosperity - What a great success!
17 % of students reported that the ESOL UKSPF classes helped them improve their interactions with others, while 13% noted that the course facilitated new friendships. Additionally, 22% of students stated that the course enhanced their engagement in learning, and 15% said it increased their confidence in forming new friendships. Notably, 33% of participants indicated that the course positively impacted all of these areas. These results highlight the course’s effectiveness in promoting both social and academic development, contributing significantly to the student's overall growth and confidence.
Students also reported that they developed a wide range of transferable skills, including IT skills, teamwork, time management, communication, organisational skills, and relationship-building abilities. These skills are highly valuable, particularly in the context of employment, as they are applicable across various industries and roles. Possessing such competencies not only enhances a candidate’s versatility but also increases their employability, making them more attractive to potential employers. Transferable skills are essential for adapting to different work environments, managing tasks effectively, collaborating with colleagues, and building professional relationships, all of which are key to achieving long-term career success.
