If you are interested in working in a school or college setting and training to support in the classroom, we offer a range of Teaching Assistant courses from Level 1 to Level 4. These qualifications will provide you with the skills and knowledge to support teaching and learning in schools and colleges.

Students on Level 2, 3 and 4 courses, will need to have a voluntary work placement or be employed in a school. You will also need a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Call 01902 558180 to speak to a member of the student services team. Get in touch by the end of June so that we can make sure the course is the right one for you and it will give you time to find a work placement in a school.

We also offer additional courses to widen your skills when working with children or adults with additional learning needs, Award in Dyslexia Awareness Level 2.
