Get ready for Universal Credit

Who should register?
Anyone who needs computer skills in order to confidently apply for Universal Credit via the government website. What will I learn? You will learn the basics of online security, completing online forms, creating and using an email account to send and receive messages and use attachments.

What should I expect from the class?

  • Expert tuition and support in learning or developing your digital skills
  • Learning and practice which focusses on your existing skills so if you are an absolute beginner do not worry.
  • Advice and guidance on the information you will need to have at hand to make a complete application
  • The opportunity to attend a supported session where you can make your application
