Music Technology (Access to HE Diploma) recruiting now!

We are recruiting for Access to HE Diploma in Music Technology, if you missed the opportunity to apply in September this is your chance to enrol onto this programme for January 2018 start.

About this course

This course is for you if you would like to develop a broad range of subject knowledge and understanding about the music industry, musical composition and recording skills and wishing to go on to study at degree level.

Entry requirements

All students will need to take part in an initial assessment and complete a piece of free writing or a vocational assessment. If you meet the entry requirements you will then be offered an interview with a teacher to discuss the course.
If you are 24+ you will also be required to make an appointment to see Learning Services. 

What to expect?

Subjects you will study Music Composition, Digital Mixing Production, Sound Design, Audio Production, Sampling and Mastering techniques and Contextualisation as well as English and maths (If you do not already possess a Level 2 in Maths and English) To achieve this qualification you will need 60 credits in total, 45 must be graded units at Level 3 and 15 at Level 2/3 ungraded..
