Information Wednesdays - August 2017

If you are looking to take a new direction, improve your existing skills, learn new ones or gain additional qualifications, come along to our information Wednesdays during August. You’ll be able to get information, advice and guidance about the courses Adult Education Wolverhampton can offer you. The information days will take place between 10.00 am – 3.00pm at our main centre in Old Hall Street.

We have courses that help you to train for a specific career and our Access to Higher Education courses could fast track you to university. Other courses help brush up your English and maths skills and build your personal confidence. The good news is that many courses are free to participants or available at a reduced rate, depending on the course and your circumstances.

So don’t wait until the last moment, drop in to speak to us during August on the following days:

2nd August 2016
10:00am – 3:00pm

9th August 2017
10:00am – 3:00pm

16th August 2017
10:00am – 3:00pm

30th August 2017
10:00am – 3:00pm (Access to Higher Education only)

Students who are currently studying with us said:

“Adult Education has helped me to have a better perspective for a happier and healthier life. Learning really is the key. I have learned to respect others’ opinions; I have built a brilliant vocabulary, improved my spelling and grammar and have learned the tricks and short cuts to solving mathematical problems. Bookkeeping has added volume to my small business and taught me accuracy and how to handle issues properly.”
Bernadette Francis

“I looked for information about getting back into education and started learning IT. The organisation I joined told me about Adult Education Wolverhampton where I am now studying on the Office Skills programme. I am excited about coming back to education and the new possibilities that this brings. Learning is changing my life.”
Stephen Spencer

“Class is great! I am studying alongside others from similar backgrounds and learning is actually fun. We all want to be here – we’re learning and helping each other and there is a great community spirit. For me this is definitely my opportunity for a second chance. This is just the start for me. I plan to get the qualifications needed to go on to study at university. I have a dream and I’m on the right track to make it a reality.”
