English for Speakers Of Other Languages (ESOL) Enrolment

Learning English can help you in a number of ways. It can lead to Higher or Further Education, to employment or promotion within your existing place of employment, and to meeting people from many different countries.

All ESOL classes are designed to improve learners’ speaking, listening, reading and writing skills and include elements of citizenship and preparation for employment. Classes take place both centrally at the City Learning Quarter and in the community.

ESOL Enrolment on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th February. Please come to book an appointment for Reading and Writing classes from Pre-Entry to Level 1 between the following times:

09:30 - 12:00 | 13:00 - 15:30 | 18:00 - 20:30

Please bring:

  • ID with photograph and address
  • National Insurance Number
  • Proof of any benefits you receive
  • Any certificates you have
  • Proof of residency
