BTEC Students showcase their art

The creative talents of adult students in Wolverhampton will take pride of place at an exhibition in early July when Adult Education Wolverhampton will display a host of works by students who completed its Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC courses in Art & Design. The exhibition will be held at the Foyer Building on St George's Parade from Thursday 7 July 2016 until Friday 15 July 2016 and will feature paintings, ceramics, sculptures, video and installation by students.

It will showcase some of their best work over the last year and it will be well worth a visit.

Sian Fletcher, Programme Manager for Creative Studies, said: “Our Adult Education art students always produce excellent work and this year is no different. This exciting exhibition of original art and design is the culmination of the learners’ work this year. In September 2016 we’ll be offering a Level 3 Access to Higher Education Diploma in Art & Design. This course is ideal for people thinking of a career in art and design and who want to go to university to study the arts. The majority of students completing the course this year are planning to go on to study a degree at university."
