AdvancedLearnerLoan

If you are not eligible for a fully funded course, you may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan. These loans help you to pay the fees charged by colleges and training organizations. Most learners aged 19 and over, studying at Level 3 to 6, will qualify for these loans from the UK government. It’s easy to apply, your household income isn’t taken into account and there’s no credit check.

If you are thinking about studying an Access to Higher Education Diploma course, as long as you go on to complete your higher education course at some point after completing your Access course, your loan will be written off. If you don’t go on to complete a higher education course you won’t have to pay anything back until you are earning over £27,295 per year.

The online calculator will give you an estimate of your monthly payments and the interest you'll be charged based on your expected salary after you've completed your course.
