The Cafe

The times for the Learning Quarter café are:

9:15 am - 4:45 pm Monday to Thursday,
9:15 am to 1:30 pm in term time.

The original café started out in the Old Hall Street building and has served hot meals and drinks for well over 25 years. Food has always been prepared on the premises with regulars coming in daily for one of the 'specials'.

The Learning Quarter Café has started to cater for those who want to watch their weight with light salads now on the menu. Cereal with milk and a hot drink are available at a special price of £1.00. Watch out for fruit salad which will be coming shortly. The 'Big Breakfast' is a firm favourite with the local builders working on the different projects within the area, along with meat and potato pies, and bacon butties.

The café is open to the public, good value, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. If you are passing by, why not pop in for a cup of coffee, piece of home made cake, and a chat.
